Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026 · Applies to the pre-launch waitlist site.

What we collect

  • Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
  • The feature interests you tick and the optional free-text answer you write.
  • Basic campaign attribution: which link brought you here (UTM parameters and the referring page).

That's the whole list. No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no cookies beyond what your browser needs to load the page.

What we use it for

  • Emailing you about early access and launch — expect one or two emails total.
  • Deciding which features to build first, using aggregate interest counts.
  • Judging which of our (very small) advertising experiments actually worked.

What we never do

  • Sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.
  • Add you to any list other than the Squire waitlist.

Removal

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can request deletion of your waitlist entry at any time by replying to any of our emails — we'll remove the record entirely.

The product itself

Squire is being built so that your assistant's conversations and credentials live in an isolated per-user space that we cannot casually access — the launch product will ship with its own, much longer privacy policy describing that architecture.
